Hi there, I'm a something female currently working as a nanny Mon-Thurs in the Birmingham area, and cant afford alot currently which is the main reason looking for someone with an extra available room for rent.:) I am wanting a clean, comfortable, decent size room unfurnished with a closet preferably to rent month to month(no long-term commitment or lease incase not a good fit) in a pleasant, drama free environment, clean, comfortable place.
