Hello! We are looking to find someone to take over our lease starting in January or February of ! It would be a year lease. You would not have to pay a security deposit as you would get ours! We live in a duplex home in East Town GR. It is a two bedroom and one bath, $ per month. We have loved this apartment so much and it is close to the best shops/ restaurants.
