2 bedroom apartment lease takeover

Hello!

We are looking to find someone to take over our lease starting in January or February of ! It would be a year lease. You would not have to pay a security deposit as you would get ours! We live in a duplex home in East Town GR. It is a two bedroom and one bath, $ per month. We have loved this apartment so much and it is close to the best shops/ restaurants. The only reason we are leaving is because we bought a house, otherwise could have lived here forever! Please message me if you’re interested in more info.
