Looking for private landlord!
Tenant | Tacoma, WA, USA
Me, my fiancée, and my younger sister are trying to get out of Utah for a bunch of reasons but mainly so my sister can escape a DV situation. We do not have jobs lined up yet so it’s hard to go through a rental company. I have $15k saved up for the move and to cover rent until we have jobs. If anyone knows a private landlord with a 2 bed 1 bath in Tacoma and that is close to public transit, please let me know. I am dedicated to moving and starting a new live in a better state, I’m just worried about housing. Again, the $15k I have is specially for rooting ourselves and I am more than willing to pay multiple months of rent up front.
