Large room Pinehurst Oasis - pool

Flat share | Pinehurst, Seattle, WA, USA

Hi, my name is Kelly. I am a 41-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1400 sq-ft condo. The room is in the north Seattle neighborhood of Pinehurst. The monthly rent is $1600 including all utilities, Wi-Fi, and cable. About the room:This 14X14 room is on the top floor of a spacious condo in North Seattle’s Pinehurst neighborhood. The room has a large California closet. A bay window looks out to a greenspace, laminate floors make it easy to keep clean, and has its own heat controls. Private full bath. About the condo:The two bed, two bath 1400 sq/ft condo sits around a park-like courtyard that Thornton Creek runs through, providing a relaxing ambient sound of running water. Some other amenities include:- Pool and Hot Tub- In-unit washer and dryer-1 Covered parking spot- Wood-burning fireplace- Balcony overlooking the creek- A house cleaning service to keep common areas tidy and comfortable- All utilities included (water, trash, sewer, electricity, highspeed internet) Two sweet dogs live here: A mellow 6-year-old golden retriever, and an anxious but cuddly 2-year-old retriever-husky mix. Both are great snugglers and very welcoming dogs. They are also professional office pups. About you:An ideal candidate for this room would be a respectful housemate who values the other person's space, but also wants to contribute to the positive environment of the home. Keeping common spaces clean, communicating needs and desires, and bringing your own personal charm into the home are valued traits. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. While it is a quieter living space, you can expect occasional social gatherings/game nights, and are encouraged to make this space your home as well. While we are looking for a 6-month-into a month-to-month lease, there is also the option to negotiate for a shorter-term rental situation, and some room furnishings.
