The common areas are shared amongst everyone in the house. $ a month for the large room or $ a month for a standard room. A refundable deposit of $ is required for move in. If the room is left in good condition and a day notice is given before move out the deposit will be % refundable. The house is pretty quiet all day every day, no parties, and a non smoker house hold. No kitchen use however there is a microwave and fridge for you to use. Location is amazing, 3 min drive to downtown summerlin. Tons of entertainment and red rock is literally round the corner. No long contract needed and month to month.
