Modern home located in the River Ridge Terrace Neighborhood located [REDACTED] on a spacious corner lot with lovely landscaping. This 1500 sq ft home comes with private bedroom with a very comfortable adjustable bed, dresser and desk with a closet and access to garage for storage, along with a shared bathroom space, large living room and kitchen. Lots and lots of windows so natural light is a highlight of the home. Also, it includes a bonus Sun Room which has a hot tub! We have a fully private backyard to where no neighbors can see in our yard nor can we see in there’s. Landscaping includes groomed rose bushes, Lillie’s, flowering myrtles and much more greenery, trees, and rock decor. $850 is the rent and would include all utilities, internet, Hulu, HBO and Disney+ for your viewing pleasures. Parking would be street parking however there is always open spots directly in front of the house and being a nice neighborhood the threat of vandalism or theft is extremely minimal. Month to month lease to start with is acceptable so no long term commitments required! To move in financially we would ask for first and last months rent only, no security deposit necessary nor application fees. Total move in cost being $1700. Please
