The house is located conveniently in West Columbia, less than 5 minutes from the avenues, 10 minutes from USC and 20 minutes from Fort Jackson. This is a new build, so the neighborhood is a quiet, clean community. Because it’s a new build, everything in the house will be brand new. The common areas will all be furnished, the rooms will not be. IMPORTANT NOTE: the images are currently of the model home as my home is closing at the end of July.
