The house has on and off street parking, a large back yard, and a garage for storage. Housemates are great people and easy to get along with. They're all friendly and helpful while still giving space when needed. They enjoy cooking and gardening, as well as sewing and wood working projects. We currently have 3 pets. Two medium-large dogs who are very cute and friendly and one cat who may have never left her bedroom (so cat allergies are a non-issue). This condo already comes fully furnished and the room already has a queen sized bed. This is located about 20 minutes away from the university of utah or 20 minutes away from SLCC. This is a gated community.

We are in an apartment with 4 rooms spread across 2 floors. Roommates all usually keep to ourselves, busy with work and or school. The apartment is a little dated and beat up but we clean up after ourselves. The roommate in the downstairs room does have a small dog (Yorkie) but she is quiet and well behaved. We have our own laundry, kitchen, large living room and a lot of storage space. Parking is easy but there's the option of a little extra if you want a guarantied spot. The neighborhood is great and had easy access to the freeway, public transit, grocery stores and Liberty Park.
