We are halfway between Woodlawn park and Alberta park. Safeway is a 3 minute drive and Fred Meyers is about 5 minutes away.Kitchen is large with granite countertops, fridge with ice maker, all the gadgets and cookware you could want. I like to bake and will happily share whatever I make.House has central heating, but you'll probably want to consider a portable AC unit for summer. There is a lovely front porch and a decently sized front yard. I have some plantings including a strawberry patch.
