I have a room for rent in a 2400 square foot house (I own the house) that sits on half an acre. Located a few miles outside of city in grants pass. Quiet place in a semi forest area. Finished room built in garage. Fully insulated and heated. New carpet/pad. Bathroom is semi-private. We have our own bathroom. My son visits part time. All utilities are paid including high speed internet with a dedicated router in room. We are looking for a no drama tenant that works and is not at the house 100% of the time. This is not a 4/20 friendly house. We have a child here part time. Must pass background check. Room also includes personal refrigerator.
