It is a 2-bedroom unit on the first floor very close to the clubhouse and mail room. The bedroom has a private bathroom, so you don’t have to share with your roommate. The unit has High-Speed internet access, full-size appliances, washer and dryer in unit, and it is Fully Furnished. There is also a storage room off of the balcony in case you need some more space to put things. For Embry-Riddle students, the SGA shuttle is a super convenient benefit that helps save money on parking passes. Eagle Landing offers student housing which means each student is only responsible for their room and bathroom along with half of the common space as far as utilities go and if anything happens to the other bedroom or if your roommate just decides to leave, you are not responsible for their part of the lease.
