Overall the rent is pricier but you'll get a lot more bang for your buck. Perfect for working remotely, having a private study, or just an extra room to game in! I pay for good fiber internet since its important to me - piggyback off it and enjoy those nice speeds! I've got a washer and dryer, so no need to bring those. I am also covering internet, though we'll divide the bills for power and water. I've got two cats, so I'd prefer to not add anymore animals - though we can sort it out if it's a single cat or cat-sized dog.
