They are limited to the yard, kitchen and upstairs living room. They aren’t allowed in the downstairs living area, so you can completely get away from it all down there. No overnight guests or parties. I expect you to clean up after yourself. No smokers please. I’m home most of the time but I generally keep to myself on the computer or catching up on my tv shows in the upstairs living room. Deposit and first month rent due on arrival.
