These are not rooms for anyone that has trouble with using stairs. This is a lovely neighborhood. You’ll have parking on the driveway. Above ground pool is open June through mid September. Shared Bathroom.

There are 2 living rooms. The totally remodeled first floor family room has a giant tv w/cable, as does the upstairs living room.

There is also a big laundry room with a great large capacity washer and dryer. Tide and Downy will be provided. The back of the house has a HUGE multi-level deck for outside relaxation. There are also security cams around the perimeter of the house. If you have a green thumb, you are welcome to make a garden. If you like to cook, have at it with the brand new glass top range. You’ll have access to the whole house except for the other bedrooms and my office room. I want you to feel at home, but also to remember that I am the owner of the house.

I’m a kind Fifty+ years young widow who owns a house with 4 bedrooms. I am only renting 2 rooms because I don’t want us to feel crowded. I also have 2 dogs, and 2 aquariums and I also babysit dogs for Rover. Usually only one at a time, but occasionally 2. They are limited to the yard, kitchen and upstairs living room. They aren’t allowed in the downstairs living area, so you can completely get away from it all down there. No overnight guests or parties. I expect you to clean up after yourself. No smokers please. I’m home most of the time but I generally keep to myself on the computer or catching up on my tv shows in the upstairs living room.
