I am looking to find a room for rent starting Nov. 1st. I would prefer to live with a female roommate. (Just find it easier living with a female roommate). for approximately months while I hunt for my own place. It could be up to a year, if it was a good fit. Having more money saved up is actually a great thing! I am only interested in living in Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, and surrounding neighborhoods. I am a professional that is incredibly hard working and very respectful of people's privacy and belongings. I would expect the same in return. I am Very Clean and always pick up after myself. I love to cook for myself and others. I would need full access to the kitchen. I don't like to waste money eating out and like to meal prep. I am very easy to get along with and just believe in being kind to people. I am very down to earth; I also, have a great upbeat personality! Not into drama or drugs. I am very quiet and would be mostly staying to myself but do like to conversate as well if there is an opportunity. (Not a hermit. ha ha ha) I like to have a glass of wine with dinner, but not a partier. I am looking for somewhere that is nice, clean, safe and quiet, and peaceful. (no particular order) with someone that is easy going. I would like a decent sized room with my own bathroom. I am a germ freak and don't care for sharing a bathroom. If by chance, the roommate was also, very clean I think I could be open to sharing. I am very mindful of electricity and don't waste it. When I had my own place, I would unplug everything and just be smart. As a result, my bills were low. I would also, like to have off street parking because I don't feel comfortable parking on the street. I would just keep my stuff (Furniture etc.) in the storage unit and just get a nice Queen Air mattress to use while renting the room. I would prefer to rent an Unfurnished room. Thank you!Angela
