You'll have your own private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in a spacious unit, just a 5-minute walk from The Corner and minutes from Central Grounds.The apartment features a common living area with a TV and large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk.Rent is $ per month plus utilities, with optional parking available. Move-in starts in May, and the lease runs through the end of July. Additionally, both of my roommates will be moving out in May, so it's likely the apartment will be empty.
