APPARTMENT INFO: Rent is 650, utilities are on the highest around 100 ( that’s a bit excessive for what it averages ), the apartment has many amenities; in unit laundry, private parking lot, detached garages, play place, dog park, valley trash, self car wash, gated access, pool, yard hangouts and gym. there are a few other small details so if you are wondering about anything feel free to ask! the apartment is well lit up and everyone is very friendly.
