I need somebody that’s willing to live in a house that’s being renovated. I will live in the room that the floor is being redone. You can have the bedroom that has the bed in it without the bed or any of the furniture because I will move that to the other room. But other than that, it has a tankless hot water heater so all the hot water you could want laundry room, kitchen, and a grill and a nice sized TV in the living room.

I know the pictures are not showing it cleaned up. I’m not here a lot and most of this will be going out. I will take the bedroom where the floor is being replaced and you will get the bedroom with the bed in it (not with the bed or furniture). But if you’re cool with living in a house being renovated then it’ll work. I’m laid back and don’t really care what you do. Just don’t break or steal and we’ll be good.
