Roommate is able to access and use the living room, entertainment room, kitchen, laundry, and dining area. All bills included with the exception of Electricity and water. Roommate is requested to pay 35% of electricity bill ($25-$100) and 40% of water bill ($10-$50). Additional details are included in the leasing contract. House is located in the Port Warwick Community in Newport News.
