ISO roommate! I have a 2bed house on the west side of COS right by GOTG that I rent— available immediately, or you can wait until August for move in. The lease renews August 1 so I’m looking for someone to re-sign with—but you’re welcome to move in at anytime since the room is already vacant. The house has a garage for storage, (I have bikes so no space for a car) we have a fenced yard and a beautiful view of pikes peak! It’s 1.5bath (there’s a toilet/sink off my bedroom—the full bath is yours, I just use your bathroom for the shower).Large dining, kitchen, and living room. (1500sqft) The bedroom can be furnished as pictured (queen bed, small desk) or you can bring your own furniture. The bedroom has a lot of closet space and faces PP! We have a front and back driveway (tandem garage) so plenty of parking space (the subaru under the tree is my former roommate’s and won’t be here anymore). I am looking for a roommate to move in after June 1st. I’m 22 and have a dog and 4 fish tanks. I like to keep my community space relatively clean and organized. The community space will come completely furnished in the kitchen and living room. We have a full backyard that is mostly dirt because of my dog ripping up the grass. But it has a patio and a smoker and charcoal grill, both of which are clean and ready for the summer. The bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and the desk seen in the corner but nothing else. If you aren’t interested in those furnishings the landlord can take care of them. We are happy to have a new dog or two in the house but cats are probably a no go because my dog has a very high prey drive.
