The place is super nice, all modern appliances, trash chute, ice maker, in unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal, mailroom inside the building, centralized A/C, 24 hour fitness center, pool under construction coming this summer, right next to I-83 and route 30 for easy commuting. Asking for $840/month ALL-INCLUSIVE. I will not bill you for any utilities, just $840 flat rate for each month you live there. Incredibly nice and cheap compared to a one bedroom/studio apartment in the area; just need to share the kitchen/living room with two very laid back people.
