The bedroom will come empty so you can move in your own things, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. To make things easy, I'll continue to cover all utilities, internet, etc. so this is all included in the rent amount. The building is a luxury elevator building with a doorman/concierge. There's access to parking (extra fee), pool, gym, game room, etc. Typical luxury building stuff. Right next to Bergen street F/G stop and close to multiple subway lines (A/C/R/N//D/Q/LIRR) .
