We've got an available room for rent in one of our homes. We rent two rooms out of our home with those tenants having a shared bathroom (we have our own). One room is already rented to a great tenant- quiet and extremely clean; he leaves early for work and comes home late due to hours/commute and has always gotten along with past tenants. This is our second house so we only spend a couple of weeks there at most out of the month due to it not being our primary residence. With that being said we want to keep it quiet (ie not a party house) and cleanliness is our top priority. :)Rent is $ per month and that includes all utilities and wifi. There's a large furnished kitchen and dining area as well as living room space with couch/TV. We also have a washer and dryer room and a backyard with a small patio. No pets and no indoor smoking. Located near Beal/Memorial; about minutes from Hurlburt and minutes from Eglin.
