We've got an available room for rent in one of our homes. We rent two rooms out of our home with those tenants having a shared bathroom (we have our own). One room is already rented to a great tenant- quiet and extremely clean; he leaves early for work and comes home late due to hours/commute and has always gotten along with past tenants. This is our second house so we only spend a couple of weeks there at most out of the month due to it not being our primary residence. With that being said we want to keep it quiet (ie not a party house) and cleanliness is our top priority. :)Rent is $ per month and that includes all utilities and wifi. There's a large furnished kitchen and dining area as well as living room space with couch/TV. We also have a washer and dryer room and a backyard with a small patio. No pets and no indoor smoking. Located near Beal/Memorial; about minutes from Hurlburt and minutes from Eglin.

Located in the green acres area, my home is about minutes from Eglin and 7 minutes from Hurlburt. Your room is currently a game/guest bed equipped with a queen sized bed, desk, and fridge. I’ll have another vacant room available to rent in the future but for now you’ll have a shared guest bathroom. Looking for single males either military or traveling nurses. Beautiful newly built house with garage, gated front, and backyard, washer/dryer, "2" fridges, walk-in pantry.I have two dogs and the other couple here has two cats that primarily stay in their room. Not currently looking to add on anymore pets or children.laid-back group usually grilling or having a game night on weekends. We have a foundation on respect and 2x value an open communication.I run a background check prior to moving in and require a refundable security deposit the same value set as $rent$ (it won't let me include numbers).
