Hello, My name is Kymberli, and my husband and I are currently looking for a home or apartment to rent for our family. I am 33 years old and work full-time at Johns Hopkins as a Clinical Nutrition Supervisor, earning $48,000 annually. My husband works full-time for the Regional Institute for Children and Adolescents, earning $59,000 annually. Together, our household income is approximately $107,000 per year. We want to be upfront that we have less-than-perfect credit due to some past financial circumstances. However, we are both established working professionals with steady employment and reliable income, and we are committed to maintaining a stable home and being responsible, respectful tenants. We are hoping to find a private owner who may be willing to look beyond our credit history and consider our current financial stability, employment, and ability to consistently meet our rental obligations. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and provide any documentation you may need, including proof of income and employment. We understand that renting a property is a significant decision, and we hope you will consider giving us the opportunity to prove that we would be dependable tenants. Thank you for taking the time to consider our application. We sincerely appreciate it and look forward to hearing from you.
