Tami, 58
Seeking Peaceful & Respectful Home
Tenant | Duarte, CA, USA
I am a youthful woman in my 50’s seeking a peaceful, friendly & mutually respectful place to call home for a time in the San Gabriel Valley north of the 10 freeway (preferably closer to the 210). I’d prefer a bathroom of my own but an open. I also want to be able to cook my meals and have storage available to keep my food, etc…. I take pride in where I live, am very clean & tidy and helpful. I am warm, friendly, considerate and engaging but also tend to like my own personal space. I do work from home part time currently while dealing with a few physical challenges & doctors appointments so this would need to be okay and understood. I would love a spot with a back yard or patio to enjoy. I am drama free, an empty nester and not one to make waves, good vibes only ☺️- communication is key 😉. Though I put $1200 a month less a month would be ideal. I am an animal lover but don’t currently have any pets. *Safe parking within close proximity is very important too. I have my own furnishings and would rather use my own (not everyone shares the same style, taste… 😅). Anyway, that’s me and what I am seeking- I am fun, friendly and very down to earth especially once you get to know me.
