I’m not into drugs so even recreation drugs will not be permitted.I do have a energetic, -lb, Jack-Chi dog who loves everyone. (He is pictured in one of the bedroom pictures) I try to keep him out of the bedrooms, but he likes to be close to people. My dog does get along with cats, but condo association has strict rules about dogs.Ideally, I’m looking for a female roommate that can be somewhat social. I have family in the area, but my job can be socially isolating, so it would be nice to have a roommate that enjoys conversing once in a while. I enjoy watching TV and reading. I’m not a great cook, would enjoy a roommate that enjoys cooking once in a while, but not required though.It is really important for me to find someone who can openly communicate since establishing trust is important in this kind of living situation.
