Rooms for Rent in Schenectady, NY, USA

2 bedroom apartment in desirable Vista Square Residences in Rotterdam. 1200 sqft. Granite counters, stainless steel, dishwasher, central air. There is a fitness room, in-ground pool, movie theater, and community room. The ideal roommate is female (because they are generally cleaner and can cook), preferably with her own dog so that Coco has a playmate, and someone who is into day trading/investment management. (The day trading/investment management thing isn’t a requirement, it’s just something we would have in common) The room isn’t quite ready yet, but anyone interested can at least come by, eyeball the unit and tour the property, meet Coco and I and see if we are a fit. Absolutely no Trump supporters!

A pretty great house with your private bedroom, bathroom and living room. There’s a tenant upstairs who’s an older gentleman he is very kind and respectful. He has a son, but they’re very quiet and keep to themselves. most of the time they’re not even there. There is a mostly finished basement with a bar and kegerators for responsible respectful use. There’s a pretty big backyard that’s fenced in and private. It’s a nice space for entertaining with room for a horseshoe pit or cornhole or whatever you’re into.It has a great deck for barbecues parking is not the best but if you work with the other tenant should be no issues especially if you work from home
