Nice bedroom with shared bath, lake house on acres, available for immediate move in! Shared bath with one very neat and clean person. friendly, no drunks or drama. Vibe is the second most important thing in this house, aside from rent on time. Rent can also be paid weekly at two-fifty per week, includes full house use, utilities, and cleaning products. We have WiFi, but no cable. There’s a full size washer/ dryer, fire pit in the big wooded back yard, a dock on the lake for fishing, and Manatee River access included through the HOA. Also available unfurnished!

Largest unit in back of triplex. I've been there for approx 18mos. Absolutely problems so far. Neighbors are quiet and sane seeming. Washer/dryer in unit. Stainless appliances. The only downsides are a shared bathroom and my work schedule. I run a security company and come and go but unless you were in the living room or kitchen, you wouldn't notice.
