I do use the wood-burning fireplace pretty much all fall/winter/spring to keep the main part of the home warmer(and more efficient) than the electric wall heaters. Hall bathroom is directly across from bedroom for rent(we do not use the hall bathroom ourselves). A dedicated 20 amp circuit is in the room for A/C unit or other needs. WiFi XFinity internet is broadcast with range extender…I use a VeeSee box myself to stream. Tenant will have to have their own mailbox or PO Box/othe[REDACTED]! Cash payment is preferred on a monthly basis, I have had to institute daily late fees in the past due to continually late(several days for several months) payments.
