Your rental includes the furnished bedroom and designated access to the upstairs master bathroom. IMPORTANT: This is a private-room rental, not whole-home access. At move-in, access is limited to your private bedroom and the designated upstairs bathroom. The downstairs kitchen, dining room and living room are not included as part of the rental. Additional access to shared areas of the home may be considered later by mutual agreement after trust, compatibility and respect for the household have been established.
