I do have two dogs and two cats in the house so whomever should enjoy animals but I will keep them out of your area of the house for your convenience. The room is actually a full loft with a large walk in closet and on suit bathroom. The property is in Boones Mill VA but very close to the Roanoke city line. The monthly rent is $950 and the room will be available on July 1st 2026. Utilities would be included in the monthly charge. There are geese, some chickens, and a large bunny on the property as well, so if you love animals this is the place for you! If gardening is your thing, I am sure I could give you a space to enjoy gardening for yourself, there is a lot of good space for stuff like that here. I also live by Back Creek so fishing is good here too. The area bellow the loft and your room is a shared living space with an open concept kitchen with plenty of storage and room in a pantry for supplies. I also have a large basement that could be used for some storage if needed. There is enough space for you to park two vehicles easily on the property near the house. I am someone that stays to myself mostly, so I will gladly give you space but I am also friendly, I am just more of an animal person myself. All mowing and yardwork will be handled by myself as I enjoy that anyway, so no need to worry about that. This property is on a well for water supply (it is very good!) as well as has a spring for backup if need be. There is also a small backup generator if power goes out in a bad storm on.
