You will not be on the lease and it does end in May. You will have your own key and gate fob key. I do have one cat and one dog. The dog is only temporary though.

Laundry room has the washer and dryer (full size) but also has the litter boxes and cat’s feeding area. Parking garage is available and free to park at any level but access to residential garage will require you to be added to my lease once approved by my leasing office. We have a rooftop pool, bbq area, rooftop gym and rooftop lounges available to you. Key fob will be provided so you can access these amenities. Absolutely NO visitors are allowed in the apartment due to my German Shepherd, as well as privacy purposes. Looking for a female roommate who is clean, financially stable and okay with pets. Must commit to a 10-11 month lease. If you need to move out sooner than that, there is an early termination fee equal to your rent amount.
