We do our socializing outside of the house. This is the perfect space to come home to unwind, relax, & recharge. We are active, always in and out, and looking for someone who is the same. No Parties. No Pets. No smoking of any kind in house or on premises. Room is for 1 person only. Bills run between $60-$90/each per month.
