Because I will be relying on public transit, I am looking for a room in a central neighborhood—such as Uptown, South End, Dilworth, or NoDa—or in an area with a direct and efficient public transportation connection. Ideally, my daily commute should take no longer than 30 to 40 minutes doortodoor. My maximum budget for monthly rent is $900. As an experienced flatmate, I am clean, organized, reliable, and very easygoing.
