Looking for a new spot ASAP - would prefer to keep costs on the lower end but could pay more for a good fit. Preferably around $/month for a room but could go up to $ if need be (for my own place). Non-negotiable: I have a cat and a small dog (lbs and he’s an ESA so can live anywhere). Dog is house trained and very well behaved. I work from remote pm and usually go to bed around pm, sometimes I work more during the week and sometimes on weekend. Need a big room (at least ) or something close to that. I don’t drink and do not want to live in a party house. friendly. Would prefer somewhere that has access to a yard or nature around for my cat to explore outside.
