Exact rent cost for next leaser is unknown and would have to be discussed with the leasing office. There may also be move-in deals available, I was able to get a couple months discounted.- bath, sqft. including plenty of closet space- 2nd floor unit that includes a balcony- In-unit washer/dryer and AC- Recently updated kitchen appliances- Dedicated parking spot right by unit’s entrance is included with rent- Apartment complex has a number of community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, gym, and loungeFrom personal experience, I have never had a security or noise issue here. Each unit and amenity entrance has an individual Latch lock that can be accessed via phone. Mailboxes are a short walk towards the middle of the complex, along with a Amazon locker.
