4-5 BR house share!
Flat share | Tacoma, WA, USA
Hi! I’m looking to put together a small group of roommates to rent a larger house together. Ideally, I’d love to find a 4–6 bedroom house where everyone has their own bedroom and we can share the common spaces. I actually did this back in 2021 and absolutely loved it! I lived in a 7 bedroom house with 6 roommates, and it was such a fun, affordable, and social way to live. I moved out for college a couple years ago, and since then all of the original roommates have moved out of that place, but I’ve honestly wanted to do something similar again ever since! I am still in school, but now my program is online so I’d love to move back to the Tacoma area. I’m looking for people who are responsible, respectful, and generally easygoing. I wouldn’t expect everyone to become best friends, but I’d love a household where people are comfortable hanging out together, having friends over occasionally, and ultimately making the house feel like a home! I’d also like to find roommates who are roughly around my age, ideally somewhere in the 18–35 range. I think being in a similar stage of life would make for a more comfortable and compatible household! I’m hoping to find a place where we actually have some space to ourselves, we well as enjoy the benefits of a yard, washer and dryer, parking, and everything renting a house (vs apartment) has to offer!:) I have a decent amount of my own furniture and belongings from my current place, so a larger house is especially appealing because I’d love to be able to bring some of that with me, such as my couch and tv stand. I’m flexible on the exact house, and the photos are some places available now within the 500-700 per person range. I would love to find the right group of people before securing the house to make sure we can find a place that works for everyone. If you’re interested in doing something similar, feel free to message me and we can see if we’d be a good fit!
