We have 2 bedrooms and a living room that are available upstairs. Shared bathroom with one female, shared kitchen and laundry. No pets allowed, we already have 3 cats in the house. Currently it is me and my husband and our niece living here. Rent is $1250 a month plus utilities which are around $200 a month. We are fairly quiet, don't have many people over besides the occasional BBQ. Looking for a single person or possibly couple who are respectful, laid back and friendly. We don't do drama in our house and ask that you don't bring any with you. Pretty neighborhood with lots of areas to walk or bike. Located out by Burley Glenwood elementary area and close to highway. Ideally, you will pay rent on time, keep shared spaces clean, and communicate openly about household matters. I am looking for a couple of tenants. I have 2 rooms to rent. The front-facing bedroom rents for $1,550/month; the backyard-facing smaller bedroom is $1,200/month. Security deposits equal the rent for each room. Move-in is available after the deposit and first month’s rent. Lease term is one year. For these two rooms the tenants would share the 2nd bathroom. You would be responsible for 1/4 of the utilities. This single-story home in Mountlake Terrace has been recently remodeled. It features an open-concept kitchen, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and recessed ceiling lights. Hi, my name is Bradley. I am a 29-year old male working full-time. I am looking for a roommate in North Hazel Dell right off Hwy 99. I got a nice 2bd apartment on a managers salary few years back but no longer work as a manager cause that stress wasn't worth that pay. I could have moved to a smaller apartment but the neighborhood, neighbors, close proximity to my job and nice apartment made me reluctant to do so. About the Apartment, washer and dryer included in the apartment, big ol vaulted ceilings. 3rd floor, no elevator, balcony with some patio furniture on it. Free parking, but no other amenities offered by the complex. Tons of pantry space and if you got kitchenware you want to bring that's great, otherwise I have some basic stuff here. One extra closet in the laundry room that you can use for storage. The second bedroom I am currently using as a gym, all of it can be packed into a closet in the living room, except for one item. I have a large workout machine that I'll include a picture of, and that will be moved into the living room, which is quite large. You'd have to be ok with that as part of the apartment aesthetic because I am trying to recover physically from an old injury and this thing is great, you'd be welcome to use any of the equipment. There would be no room for additional furniture in the living room, I used to work in the furniture industry so its already packed with nice stuff, and the additional income from a roommate means I'd probably be adding some more art to the walls and such soon, so whatever you would want to bring would have to be in your bedroom and kitchen, unless we discuss it prior and I agree. Apartment bills would be split 50/50. Renters insurance, water/power/trash, internet. Its cozy, quiet, and close to Fort Ward Area, on the south end. Close to stores restaurants and bus line. Its an updated cozy rambler, with lovely kitchen. A deck and garden area give a peaceful vibe. Access to half of the house.

Looking for a roommate for my little rental house in east side Olympia. You would rent the entire upstairs, which is a small lofted space with two rooms—one with a door and one that is open. There is a small closet upstairs. The lofted ceilings make the it kind of awkward for anyone who is tall—I’m 5’3 and need to duck a little bit up there. I also have a large dog who is people and dog reactive, so you would need to be okay with that and good with a low patient introduction to him—he usually warms up quickly with treats and space and then is a sweet baby. No other pets—the dog doesn’t get along with other animals. And no couples— it’s a really tiny house. My boyfriend stays over on the weekends so you’re of course welcome to have friends or partners stay over too. The house has a big lovely backyard that we share with the couple who lives in the house attached to ours. There is a wood fireplace and one gas radiator for the winter and a washer and dryer in a little alcove underneath the house.
