Available ImmediatelyWe are looking for a roommate or roommates to rent the bottom floor of a two-story house. You would get the living room, dining room, downstairs bedroom and your own bathroom. The bedroom is ’ and has a small closet. The living room (’) and dining room (’) have large windows. Plenty of space to set up an office, art space, or gaming corner. The front yard has a couple of raised beds that you would be welcome to use. One off-street parking spot would be yours to use as well. Kitchen and laundry is on the first floor and would be shared with current tenants. The upstairs has two bedrooms and its own bathroom. There is a back entrance that allows the upstairs tenants to go upstairs without walking through the downstairs tenant’s space.Utilities will be split on a per-person basis, and usually run around $ per month per person. This includes power, water, gas, trash and internet. About UsThe current tenants are two nerdy, quiet grocery workers in their late ’s. We both work mainly early shifts and spend our home time quietly in our rooms. One spends half the week at his partner’s house.We are looking for ideally either a single roommate or a couple to rent downstairs. Ideally looking for a long-term, would prefer a minimum of 6 months.Cats and smaller dogs OK, no large dogs, sadly.Reach out with a little bit about yourself and to schedule a time to see the space!
