Available January-large room

Looking for an honest, tidy, kind tenant to share my home. This room is small and unfurnished but has hard wood floors and two windows. There is no closet but there is an alcove for a floor to ceiling shelf or hanging rod. If this room is a bit small once you are in the house tenants have first dibs on moving to any room that opens up. There is a shared kitchen (furnished), dining room and living room. We are drama free respectful folk with a quiet but friendly home on half acre so lots of outdoor space including a firepit. There is a visiting miniature horse, Prince, and two free range chickens on property. Powell Butte with miles of walking paths is across the street and are three blocks from Gresham. There is parking at the end of the drive and we are three doors down from the Powell bus stop. One person per room and no sleep overs in room but there is a couch for the occasional guest. Credit and background checks, first and last month and deposit required. Last month rent may be divided if necessary. No smoking on property.
