The room is approximately 11 X 12, has a large closet and is partially furnished with a full sized bed and nightstand. The rest of the house is fully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a large front porch and backyard. Renter will have a private 1/2 bathroom but will share an upstairs shower with another tenant. No pets allowed.

The greenhaven area is nice and green, Nice areas to walk around with gyms, a dive bar, parks, the river, and small restaurants all within 10min. The apartment complex gives off a cozy old timer vibe. Big 1200sq 2B2B apartment.
