Massive Private Room for Rent!

Flat share | Olive Street, Brooklyn, NY, USA

We’re looking for a third roommate to take over the lower level of our 3-bedroom, two-floor apartment in East Williamsburg. Move in June 1. $2200/month. It’s a pretty unique setup, you’d essentially have your own private space downstairs, with your own bathroom and even the option for a separate entrance. It feels more like a studio within the apartment than just a room. The apartment is a converted dance hall so it has a ton of character. Upstairs has 26 ft ceilings and gets great natural light. We also have a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer in-unit. One of the biggest perks is that the place is fully set up already. The kitchen, appliances, living room, all handled. You don’t need to bring much unless you want to. Our current roommate is also open to leaving a lot of his furniture behind, bed, standing desk, projector, drawers, etc., so it’s a really easy move if you’re relocating or just want something turnkey. We’re about a 5-minute walk to the Grand L, 8 minutes to Graham, and you can get into Manhattan in 15–20 minutes. Cooper Park is literally around the corner, and there’s a Whole Foods Daily Shop nearby with a Lidl opening soon. Good gym options within walking distance too. A bit about us, we’re two brothers (27 and 28) living on the top floor. We’re close, keep the place clean, and have a solid routine. During the week we’re up early (usually around 5:30am) to work out before work. We cook a lot, hang in the living room, watch games or movies. We’ll have people over here and there. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, easy to communicate with, and has their own thing going on. No pets. If that sounds like a fit, feel free to message me
