Water, sewer, trash, gas, electric, and internet connection is all included in monthly rent. Parking spot in the front drive way, not far away from the door. The house is near the center of Los Lunas and everything is close by. It takes 7 minutes to get to the I- freeway from the house, and Albuquerque is about a minute drive. Number of pets you can bring and their types are negotiable as long as they are up to date on vaccines and get along with my own pets.I will be your only human roommate, but I do have a medium sized dog and 4 cats who will have access to my bedroom and the shared spaces of the home.
