Master bedroom is fully furnished with bed, TV and dresser, has two closets as well. Cats allowed, as I have a cat of my own (NO DOGS). I work a lot and mostly keep to myself. I am a gamer so I tend to get loud but at night I'm pretty quiet and conscious of others who are sleeping. I like to play music on my speaker on occasion as well. Overall I am very friendly and easygoing, but I absolutely will say something if boundaries are broken or rules aren't being followed. Rules:-MUST PAY RAY RENT ON THE 5TH OF EVERY MONTH, NO EXCEPTIONS.-Must be clean and tidy in shared areas such as kitchen and bathrooms. WASH YOUR DISHES!!! -Absolutely NO inviting people over. Please go to their house if you feel the need to hang out. My house, my rules.-Stay out of my room when I'm absent/knock when I am home. It's just common courtesy.-Keep your room free of food and dishes.
