The lease is until next June and I would need someone to get on the lease with me to replace my current room mate as subleasing is not allowed at my complex. Located In Lincoln Heights Quiet complex with very nice neighbors I am looking for someone who is clean, quiet and cat friendly. I have two cats myself and I love them very much. Cats are welcome but it is an additional fee on the rent, let me know if you have cats and we can discuss. Dogs unfortunately are not allowed.
