I will be teaching Pilates full time at a Physical Therapy office. I have a dog, she is very sweet and a great addition to the home if you like pets! Unfortunately no other pets will be allowed in the home per the lease. In my free time I like to hike, camp, explore, cook, and looking forward to enjoying the outdoor life in Colorado! I keep my space very clean and am looking for neat and respectful roommates. The home has a fenced in backyard with an attached patio. About minutes to downtown Golden. Each room is $/month for rent.

Washer/Dryer, Pool, Hot Tub, Pool, Twenty-Four/HR Gym along with a yoga studio! I am very big into the Denver music scene here so I will be gone a lot of the time if I’m not working I’m usually out and about. So you will get a lot of free time to yourself! keep the place as tidy and clean and we should get along just fine! The place is a little empty at the moment but planning to get a couch and table for the living room. currently going for a maximalist modern style but very minimalist at the moment. Renting out a room in my condo. The room is ’ has a walk in closet and your own bathroom. The bedroom is furnished. The common areas are the dining room and kitchen. Laundry is on at the end of the building. Parking is in a parking lot. I do have a cat so you will need to be okay with that. No dogs.
