Hi we are a family of 4 (3 adults and 1 5 yo special needs child). Will be relocating to the tampa Bay Area/ Clearwater in about 8 weeks. We are looking for a month to month rental or a short term 6-8 month lease while we look to buy our house. Preferably furnished but will take non furnished as well around $1,600 - 2,100 a month.
