Because of this, I need a roommate who is conscientious about keeping shared spaces free of potential hazards. If you're naturally mindful and tidy in common areas, we'll likely be a great fit. Your room is your private space, and I will never enter it without your permission except in the event of a genuine emergency. The property is strictly smoke-free and drug-free (including vaping). While I don't personally judge these choices, property management enforces these rules very strictly, and I expect any roommate to respect the lease requirements. I'm open to roommates of any age, gender identity, or religious background. More important to me are reliability, emotional maturity, accountability, and good communication.
