The room is 13 x 10. The room has its own AC/Heating unit (in addition to the central heat and air) so you can control the temperature in your room as you desire. If you need room for storage, I have a large shed in the backyard that is available. The house only has one bathroom so we would be sharing. Though you're welcome to use any room in the house, any furniture you have would need to stay in your room.
